The Tribe of the Sun, the Moon, the Earth…

Three packs that held the balance of the land they lived upon, the Packs of Solem.
Three gods, Amaterasu Omikami, Tsukuyomi, and Sarutahiko Okami, were the founders and leaders of these packs, and guided their followers in life. Balance was held, as long as each pack was equal in weakness and strength.

…but peace is hard to keep.

Then....

Long ago, after the creation of the Earth and its creatures, the Celestial Plain was created with God's death, and with His death, his body separated into individual spirits and gods, the main ones being Amaterasu Omikami, the goddess of the Sun, Tsukuyomi, the god of the Moon, and Sarutahiko Okami, the god(dess) of the Earth. God's beings constantly bickered and fought, releasing large amounts of negative energy into the heavens and Earth, eventually causing an apocalyptic-like event, wiping out the population of most of the Earth's creatures, and brining the Celestial Plain down with its defeat.

Seeing their mistake in their quarreling, the three gods, their physical origin being that of a wolf in their mortal forms, concluded that their new lives couldn't be solid in the mortal world forever. The three packs of the newly named land, Solem, were created: Taiyou, for Amaterasu, Getsuei, for Tsukuyomi, and Daichi, for Sarutahiko. Each had their own set of laws and rules, creating balance, justice, and peace in their new world.






Now....

Darkness seems to cover every corner of the world, including Solem. Humans are capturing wolves and dumping them onto the island, where the fatal currents keep the wolves from ever escaping. Why are they doing this? Isolation? Experimentation? Survival...? Do humans want to rid themselves of all danger forever? The Earth is dying, and the gods need their packs now more than ever before.

Will they be able to connect with them, before the darkness of Naraku's fury can rise above from Hell itself? Or will Solem and the Celestial Plain remain in limbo forever?

Taiyou
Taiyou wolves descended from the Sun Pack, ruled by Amaterasu Omikami. The wolves that live here are outgoing, and usually kind. They rarely ever fight with anyone other than Getsuei.

Getsuei
Getsuei wolves descended from the Moon Pack, ruled by Tsukuyomi. The wolves who live here are usually power hungry, secretive, and like to cause problems with the other packs, especially Taiyou.

Daichi
Daichi wolves descended from the Earth Pack, ruled by Sarutahiko Okami. The wolves that live here are quiet, rarely speak out against their Alphas' orders, and almost never fight.
